I’m doing okayish, I’ve made great strides cutting down on processed food, no sweets or chocolate (I have an addiction I think and cold turkey is the only way - not
actual turkey of course.
)
I got the email saying I got a place in the half marathon which I was hoping I wouldn’t if I’m honest. Anyhow I’m going to give it a shot and I’ve got 7 months, currently running 4 miles max and need to build up to 13.1 without injuring myself.
