Thanks guys I guess all of that makes sense. I dreamt about going to session to my T's house (which I've never been to or even know if he lives in a house) and excusing myself to use the bathroom, but ending up to take a shower instead because I felt gross. There was more, but I guess this was the essence, and it makes sense in the context of my life and our work together. Like I wish I could just go to therapy and come out with a clean soul.
