This seems like a good dream to share with him, as it seems very symbolic.
I've shared a few with my T, one of which was rather sexual in nature (but ultimately involved my rejecting his advances). He seemed so uncomfortable during my sharing of that one (like, it seemed like he was holding his breath, then exhaled with relief that it didn't go any further than it did) that I've refrained from sharing any more like that. Though really, I haven't had any of that nature in a long time (don't get any ideas, brain!). I did share a fairly recent one that was sort of random and funny, and he seemed fine with that.
He doesn't put much stock in dreams in general, though he took a recent one (that had nothing to do with him) seriously.
