RELAX!
Drink some tea, watch some TV, and call up some old friends. Let the anxiety breathe for a while. It's not a ROTTEN feeling, like others suggested. It's just a feeling, and all the fighting your doing to avoid it just causes more distress. Whatever's causing you to think the feeling is rotten or bad is the same mentality that's causing all of your unrest. Just do your best to relax and don't make it into a big deal.
