I am so tired but I have no idea why because I slept great last night and I had a boatload of caffeine this morning. I am so exhausted but I have to be at least 40% there for pdoc. I don't get why I have to see him every 3 months if my mental health is ok. Why can't it be every 6 months.... I'm about to fall asleep, I'm so lethargic I'm almost panicked right now. I hope he doesn't think I'm in some type of crisis when he sees me since mental health providers can suck eggs sometimes and see things that arent their bussiness.
