Thanks for that, Beth. I have been on .5 mg of Ativan 2x a day for four months. I don't feel addicted to it. I have taken it exactly as prescribed. The Klonopin dose is also .5 mg. Pdoc says it lasts longer per dose than the Ativan. That's weird -- and scary!- that you had blackouts on Ativan . Also my pdoc only gave me 2 refills on the Klonopin.
