Ive joined ones for various tv shows (like my 600 lb life, among others), ethnic groups, humor groups, plus theres the 60 cousins - not all have accounts, but enough do to get more than a handful of birthday greetings. Maybe im delusional but it makes me feel like im part of something, like my opinion matters. Sometimes people even like or chuckle at my views. I find it affirming.
