I finished my last steroid (presidone) today. It is such a relief to be finished with it. I was on it for 5 days and it got rid of my viral infection like magic, but it was really starting to kick my *** mental health wise. Mainly I was just irritated and anxious and I knew it would get worse if I stayed on them. Plus I gained 5 pounds and my face looked weird and my sleep has pretty much sucked the whole time and I am like ER type constipated right now. I hope things get back to normal fairly soon now that I've stopped them, and the viral infection doesn't come back.
