I also found a slow withdrawal was fine. I cut down from 20mg Diazepam at 1mg a week. I only got down to 5mg tho. I found if i went lower i got real irritable and anxious. Still, a 75% reduction is significant. I also don't like being on a controlled substance but it's the best i could do. Wishing you good luck!
