I hope you feel better asap suggest you use some sort of flonase and an anti histamine benadryl and a decongestant not an expectorant .

I've had seasonal sinusitis most of my life and I'm definitely not dealing with that, at the moment. It is a classic bad cold, I'm sure. The only difference from most of my past colds is that I've not had laryngitis yet.
The idea of covid crossed my mind, but I had covid, despite full vaccination and booster. This is not quite the same. Also, I haven't heard of anyone with covid in Czech Republic for a while, though I do guess most wouldn't be reporting it much anymore. Initially I wondered if it was going to be the flu, but it doesn't seem to be. I did get a flu shot a few months ago.
