I'm still enjoying an anxiety-free spell, after coming out of a period of excruciating anxiety. So I'm not sure what I'm going to say to the pdoc, when I get the appointment that my primary is setting up.

Ideally, I'ld like to have some Ativan available on standby for if and when that anxiety comes back. I doubt the pdoc will give me that.
