For a long time I used to have regular sleep paralysis/night terror episodes but I'm lucky because they've all but vanished as I've attacked the leading causes, similar to yours.

There is one thing I'd like to suggest AstroSpectrum which is to maintain a warm or cool body temperature as you sleep. I have a foot or both feet sticking out from my bed covers which act as a kind of thermostat.😁Because I discovered over time that if in my sleep my body temp became high, hot, it would trigger an almost certainty of having a night terror: I don't know why that is but it is possible it stems back to when I was a baby.

Anyway, so try that AstroSpectrum, and yes continue talking with your psychologist. Good on you.👍
Thanks 🙂 I'm trying.
