I’m have been in Therpy for awhile but I decided to quit my meditation. I was off of it since June, because I felt like I couldn’t keep up with my pervious job and felt like I was getting in trouble for being slow. My previous diagnosis, OCD, ADHD, depression, and anxiety. But I decided to be more open with my meditation doctor no because the feelings are really intense sometimes. I get episodes of extreme hyper and anger to extreme sadness with hyper activity as well. It just exhausting.
