So I just got off the phone with my SSDI lawyer. They told me that I will most likely be denied for an appeal as it is rare that people are approved upon first application or approved after an appeal. I was told that the majority of cases do go to for a hearing. And this is one of the biggest law firms in my city. So now to make plans for the rest of my life
