Everything is getting better for me, but I'm finally facing lots of different things and it's pretty scary for me. I've never talked to a therapist before and opened up like this about everything that I've been through. I've been having some crying spells, but I know it's simply from me facing things. On some days I need to take a nap because it can be mentally draining when I cry. I'm glad that I'm improving though.
