You can do this!!! You CAN'T go slow enough at this. You have to have the mindset that this is a long term goal. I speak from experience. I have a doc that was willing to do the Ashton method and it worked. I found it is also helpful to do moderate exercise of something you like. It really helps with any withdrawal symptoms you may feel. I had times when I tried to lower my dose and went back to the previous dose for a few more days.
