Hello,
My current pdoc (who I'll be switching from, but that's another story) said there are certain medications where they might be requiring in person visits. Therefore, she did not prescribe one of my meds that I've been on for a long time (clonazepam....she would give me 30 pills every 3 months). It was odd, because she said she "needs to find out if she can prescribe it" due to this rule and that the office would call me back. I tried calling today to see if they found out anything, and the office did not seem to know anything and said they would talk to her and get back to me.
I'm wondering if anybody else has run into this. I did read they might start this in May, but we are only in March. It's a bit odd, because I thought she would be up to date on this since I was left hanging as far as what to do and with no scheduled office visit.
Just wondering if anyone has encountered this yet?
