I feel a bit better. A new CBT coping card about recognizing succsess:
- Succsess is in the doing.
- Every step is an accomplishment.
- Effort deserves a reward.
- The outcome is out of my control, but the effort is on me.
- Taking action is the succsess and not the outcome.
By the way, it spite of cold weather I have already had the windows open for five minutes to let fresh air in. I will open them each hour for a short time. I will have a massage later this day. Hope this feeling of being on the right way will continue.
