By the way, it spite of cold weather I have already had the windows open for five minutes to let fresh air in. I will open them each hour for a short time. I will have a massage later this day. Hope this feeling of being on the right way will continue.

It’s good to get fresh air, I’m trying to do that more often as well. Sometimes I go sit outside even I go it’s 20-30 degrees Fahrenheit, just to kind of feel refreshed and grounded
