Therapy session today. I've been doing intense work in therapy lately and it feels well, hard, but liberating. More rainstorm hitting tonight. UGGGGH! As soon as it is finally sunny and warm I'm going to drive 25 miles to the American River, spend some time on the beach and have a swim. I want to have a camera by then so I can take pictures.
