Thank you for sharing that.From your previous post I am assuming they immigrated to Canada. If she cannot speak English and depending on your dad pretty much for everything, I can't imagine how she will survive after separation in a foreign country. Can she go back to home country,where she may have some relatives,friends and may have some quality senior life.I don't know if that can be an option.
