I looked at my logging of my weights and saw
that my highest weight was 202.
I did not realize that.I weighed 188
this morning.my weight is creeping back up
again this week. need to keep a lid on the alcohol that I
drink. I went to fat pats today and had dinner
and drank HIGH noons.They are vodka and soda
only one hundred calories.They have 4 carbs a can
which is great for following a low carb diet.
I have always had luck in losing the weight
cutting out most simple sugars and
wheat products, starchy veggies.
There used to be a spark
people site that calculated your food items
that you ate. And showed you the
breakdown of foods showing you calories carbs, fat, protein.
It does require some level of obsessive behavior.
counting carbs is easy when you have a book.
I am sure I have a book up in the cook book cupboard.
I will start monday.
Then all of my high carb beers will be gone.
