I've been sleeping crazy good since turning off the vent in my room. Now that its not boiling hot. I turned it off Monday night and since then I've been falling asleep between 5:30-7 and waking up at 6-6:30AM. I'll be up for an hour maybe at night but I've been getting back to sleep which I haven't been able to do before.
Mood wise I've been ok. I've been kind of crabby though. I'm kinda lacking energy still. Anxiety wise I've been fine. Food wise things have still been hard with the restriction.
Overall I'm doing better then I was a week ago.
Has anyone seen those tik toks where the kids are pranking their parents and saying a celebrity died and then their parents freak out? I don't do that kinda stuff or wish that kinda stuff because I believe in omens.
I'm so crabby right now because I've eaten healthy stuff today. I wish my 310 pound therapist would understand calories in calories out. I don't feel full or happy on broccoli and fennel and greek yogurt and other healthy crap, but on 1350 calories of Eggo pancakes and mac and cheese I do feel full and satisfied. I mean theres a reason shes 310 pounds and I'm 170 pounds....
