I am no expert. I thought 20 mg was the highest you could go on Olanzapine. Have you tried Lybalvi? It is Olanzapine and something else. It is supposed to be better metabolically. I tried to take it but it was SO sedating I couldn't handle it. So I went back on Olanzapine. I also take Latuda in conjunction with the Olanzapine because Olanzapine alone wasn't enough. Has your doctor thought of augmenting with something else? I don't know about Clozapine personally because I have never been on it. But I think it is supposed to be really good. So it might be a good option. Do you have a psychiatrist or do you get your meds through your primary care physician? I see a neuro-psychiatrist and he has been really helpful.
