Yep I agree, I’ve learned that everyone goes through crap. It would also explain why no one appeared to understand when I would tell them what I was going through, it was more of the fact that they were used to it. They didn’t admit it but they went through similar stuff so they were desensitized to it, I’ve become that way myself. When I hear a very young person complaining about a social issue, I always think yep I‘ve been there and I don’t have much of a reaction which probably gives off the wrong impression.
