The first hours of this day was fine, but I felt tired and rested a bit (not asleep). After that I had trouble to go on with my day.

I don't know what I said to myself that made it so difficult to go on. May be it was a lot about not being good enough.

I have to think about this, because it is not the first time I have experienced this.

How can one go on with one's day when the day does not follow the pattern it should have followed (today it was some time at the sofa that wasn't in the plan). Any suggestions?

(I'll order some food).
