This for me is easier said then done, don't let you job stress you, it's only a job and you can only do what you can do. The doctor at my group said yesterday, you need to eat protein early in the am, drink boost, instant breakfast, or have oatmeal, that will help you mind cope with your stress. Also take vitamin B and Fish oil tablets w/ omega, that too will help your mind fight the stress.
Also in the group, they say you have to take 10 minutes to relax to soothing music and give you mind a chance to slow down and recoupe.
I know it's easier said than done, but remember you kids and how they would feel, they love you and wants you near. Go to the beach with your kids and enjoy them and yourself.
