I am drinking 3 high noon vodka and spritzer only 100 calories
and 3-4 carbs depending on the flavor. I like the pineapple
flavor.
I started mixing them with partake NA beverage peach goze.
It stretches it out and helps me drink more water/fluids.
Although then I get up twice to pee at night, but can fall
back to sleep. So that is good. I don't snack although I did
not have anything to eat last night until 8pm jeff was asleep
until then. He had come home from drinking with friends and
went to bed around 5;30 and fell fast asleep, he was snoring
lightly. At 7;20 I went into the bedroom and turned on
the bath room light and woke him up and he thought it was
morning. Then I asked if he wanted dinner, he said he wanted
to rest some more and promptly went back to sleep.
So I had some canned soup,and some crab dip.
Jeff was discombobulated when he got up at 8pm.
Ate ham slices and cheese and 3/4 s of a bag of
frozen raspberries and some tabouli from sandras.
We ended up watching 4 episodes of MASH.
That was fun.
