Have you had your vitamin D checked? I often ached, especially in my arms and legs, and the fatigue was constant. I always wondered what was wrong with me, thinking perhaps chronic fatigue or fibromyalgia. Then I discovered (through a blood lab) that my vitamin D was quite low. Apparently, low D can cause all of the above (and more).

Thank you for reminding me about taking my vitamins. Not one D vitamin has entered my mouth since before Christmas.
I will start right away! At Thursday my arms will be examined with an instrument I cannot remember the name on. That will tell if there are problems with my joints, if there is an inflammation or other.
I have had three massages for my back and arms (two for the arms) and the result became more pain. Last time he only gave me massage at my back, shoulders and neck, and now I have pain all over my body.
I will need Parsetomol for the coming night. I felt better for some hours, but now the pain is creeping back again, almost similar to a flu. I will wait until the evening with the pain kil*ers.
Thank you for taking the time explain about the D vitamins!
