I wonder if she does end up in the state hospital, if they'll allow her internet access?

When I was in the state hospitals they are notorious for being behind the times. I’m not sure internet access is something they’ll do. But usually they have a general admittance floor that’s tightly closed then after you go though steps and are there longer they switch you to less restrictive units. She might get her phone back then.
