It's possibly to do with the place I'm volunteering at - it can be quite stressful, and the last time I slipped up was when I was there on Friday. I'm not sure what I could do to keep my hands busy when I'm there that wouldn't look strange to the other volunteers. Typing can be quite good, though, because I need both hands for that.
