HUGS sinking. I am sorry you are feeling so low. It is hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel when the tunnel never seems to end. I do believe it gets better with time. I am in a depressive episode myself that is pretty severe but I am just trying to hang in there one day at a time. Keep writing here. You are being listened to. You are heard. You are seen.
