I have been making some progress with my sleep pattern lately. The med regimen adjustment seems to have helped. That and taking the advice of my pdoc and not trying to go from getting out of bed at 3PM to getting out of bed at 9AM. He suggested I get out of bed a half hour earlier each day. Today I actually got out of bed in the morning. Same with yesterday. So I am happy about the progress.
