Thankfully I slept better last night than the night before, as I was anxious about it since I had to run an errand this morning. How I sleep depends on my inconsiderate neighbor above me and what HE'S doing.  And this deep breathing or box breathing mental health people tout doesn't always work to calm myself.  Why is this presented as a panacea???!!!
Anyway I try the breathing to distract myself from thinking about what MIGHT happen and anticipating stuff from above me or the building in general.
