Every once in awhile, you can watch a relaxing meditation video or read a book, or have a wonderful spa experience in your own bath - anything to give yourself a lift from the difficulty you are experiencing...and perhaps, if you can, talk to your MD. about your stress and hormones. He may offer nutritious solutions or even restrictions - it's all good if it helps.
As one poster stated, vitamins that help us fight stress are great, the B's also give us energy. Omegas 3-6-9- - we all need these - and it doesn't hurt to carry a protein bar in your purse or baby bag.
