Congrats on getting your first apartment! It's a big step toward independence and it sounds like you're making progress toward that goal. It's also totally normal to have thoughts about women, especially if you're in your early 20s and have high testosterone.

However, before you invite anyone over to your apartment, make sure you're comfortable with socializing and talking to new people. You mentioned that you have autism and struggle with socializing, so it might be helpful to practice these skills in a safe and controlled environment first.

It's great that you're into sports and exercising, and that you're self-aware of your ADHD. It's also important to recognize your triggers for anger and violence and to work on managing those emotions in a healthy way.

As for making friends, try to find social groups or activities that align with your interests, such as sports teams or fitness classes. This can be a great way to meet new people who share your passions. And remember, it's okay to be selective about who you let into your life.

Lastly, don't be afraid to seek professional help if you need it. Coming off prescription pills can be challenging and it's important to have a support system in place. Keep working towards your goals and take it one step at a time. You got this!
