Hey. I have imaginary friends, too. Or... Something a lot like them. I have been pretty lonely in my life, too, I find that I interact with them a lot more when I'm feeling a lot lonely IRL.
I don't think there is anything wrong except a bit of lonliness (which can be incredibly painful, don't get me wrong).
A lot of people talk to themselves and / or to people who they have known in their life. A good friend they had or something like that. I talk to one of my old therapists in my head sometimes. I talk quietly, though, a kind of inward directed thinking rather than out loud, though.
Could you talk to them in a similar way?
