I took out my trash today. I worked a short day. I wanted to meditate, but I haven't done it yet. Maybe later tonight. I had a difficult afternoon. I cried off and on for several hours. I didn't start feeling better until I played my game. I guess I will play more of my game tonight.
Tomorrow, I plan to do housework and cook. I hope I have the energy. I hope I feel better.
