We have great education here but only the very wealthy like elite as we like to call them can study for these high positions like psychotherapy, medicine, surgeons etc its extremely costly competitive. Not many can climb the ladder here which leaves plenty of room for professional scammers to creep in. if we want to make it in life, we tend to go abroad which is what the Irish have always done and are still doing today sadly.
