Also, there is very limited opportunity for someone with my type of education here. The area that I am currently living in is primary healthcare and service-oriented (i.e. hotels, restaurants.) So, it's a tough situation.

That's why I moved out of apartments. I moved 7 times in 2000's. I couldn't stand the noise and I almost threatened a neighbor. Now I rent a house to myself.
