My sleep was terrible last night. Tossing and turning. And if I wasn’t tossing and turning I either a) had a bunch of hypnagogic hallucinations or b) dreamed I was having hypnagogic hallucinations.

They were all nonsensical but very colourful like an LSD trip.

Anyway it was weird.
