Yep,armorplate108, I think I need to come out of my comfort zone which is non confrontational freeze mode.I have always had this wishful thinking that people on their own should realize their mistakes and correct themselves ( because I am like that .Always selfreflect and correct myself).I need to understand I should not expect everyone to be mannerful.
