Do you tend to do a lot when you have the highs? I wonder if sheer fatigue may be contributing to the lows? I am BPII and I get the same thing so I have to pace myself so I won't be too exhausted once the higher mood wears off.
I have recently learned that a small amount of THC (2-4 mg administered via sublingual spray) will stop me from feeling depression when I get down. It is legal where I live. I don't take enough to get high. BUT please talk to your doctor before trying this because it may not work with your meds, and obviously don't try it if it's illegal where you live unless you can get a medical exception.
My regular meds are lithium, lamotrigine, Pristiq and mirtazapine.
