I love guided imagery.. I had such crazy dreams last night.. I was falling from space - to Earth.. People were using grenade launchers on neighbourhoods (They were clear like a video game) - Big war.. And lying in the grass, staring at the sky etc.. So much stuff I forget.
The other night, I was at a dinner - And everything was so clear (Like in real life - The food, outline of the inside of the building, forks, etc), I told someone "Yeah I'd really like to visit South Africa, see the animals and stuff" (But very important: I could see my imagination just like if I were awake, but I was also seeing the dream and the person I was talking to as well, walking to the table..)
Just madness.. I tried guided imagery before, and it is relaxing..
