Since starting peri menopause I notice the weight is harder to shift even though I’m still exercising (I’m on a med which also puts weight on).
I’d be wary of herbs or supplements that claim to help although there seems like a lot of advertising targeted for this.
One of the things I’ve heard is not eating in the evening, having 12 hours between last meal and breakfast next day.
Some people say short bursts of intense exercise works for them too. I’m not sure myself though.
I’m just trying to be mindful of food intake (limiting carbs especially) more salads kind of thing, and mixing up my exercise.
