This should be easy with telehealth, but instead we have a huge number of nurse practitioners with few psychiatrists that will see you in person or online.
We even have paid out of network, but that doesnt seem to help.
My Banner psychiatrist, tho vastly qualified, makes huge medication changes without telling me and, tho they lost a multimillion dollar lawsuit on HIPAA, I believe he networks with other doctors he sees at the hospital or else is looking at my pharmacy's list of my doctors without my permission. I am medical advocate for my ex, so I dont need the stigma of drs ignoring me because they know illegally that I am bipolar. Its hard enough to get good medical care post covid.
I WOULD LOVE A RECOMMENDATION OR SHARING OF EXPERIENCES.
