I am on my 6th antidepressant (three years of not taking one in between last and now). I'm not necessarily allowed off as of now. (not going into detail. I'm just not in a position where I can say no).

I'm not depressed but I know I will fall into a depression again if I'm kept in this cycle, I will fall into one.

How can I convince my Dr I'm not ?
