It is unbelievable that in San Jose you would be paid $2/hr. I was at a Silicon Valley In'N'Out burger yesterday and they are hiring at $21-25/hr.

I think she meant they’d not give you more work than just two hours. There is a huge shortage everywhere so I can’t imagine in my state that any employer would hire people to work two hours a week. Perhaps it was a long time ago.
