fasting and food combining helped me. Most of time I was eating too much or eating combinations of food that didn't digest well. So I had a lot of inflammation as a result. One week in July I had flu-like symptoms, lost my sense of smell and taste, so I stopped eating. Then I started to eat way less and lost about 30 pounds. As a result I've lost that achy / burning sensation in my legs and feet and numbness in my hands (like wearing thin cotton gloves).
