Hi @sinking - I am sorry you are contemplating ending your life. You must be feeling really down to be thinking that way.
The other problem some people have is some antidepressant medications have side affects like suicidal thoughts. If you are on medication, you may want to check with your prescriber or the pharmacy and see what they say.
